Maximum number of fare dodgers in May – on bus route No. 3

Statistics of „Rīgas satiksme” about ticket inspections in April 2018:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:
Trams	649
Trolleybuses	1319
Buses	2240
Total:	4208
including:
Fine receipts	1048
Fine bills	3160

This is by 789 fare dodgers more than in March 2018, when 3419 passengers were fined for dare dodging in public transport.

Ticket inspections:

Trolleybus	10074
Buses	13197
Total:	25539

Just to compare: there were 26158 ticket inspections in March 2018, which is by 619 more than in April 2018.

In April 2018, the maximum number of fare dodgers was fined on bus route No. 3 (298), whereas nobody was fined for fare dodging on bus routes No. 28 and 59.
